Chudi Ubosi obtained his B.Sc. Estate Management Degree (1985) and a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management also from the University of Lagos (1988). He is presently a Director with Edge FM Ltd, the Principal Partner of Ubosi Eleh & Co – a firm with over 30 years of service delivery in the Real Estate industry.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a Past President of the Africa Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). He has a total of thirty-one years working experience in the real estate consultancy sector.
