Hakeem Ogunniran a University of Lagos graduate with LL.B (Hons) (1984), called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985, obtained Masters of Law (LL.M) and MBA degrees from the University of Lagos. A fellow, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London and Nigeria & the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK, former Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Yale Law School, USA, participated in several high level management training programmes. He is presently a Director with Edge FM Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Eximia Realty Co Ltd.
He led his team to deliver landmark and iconic projects in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan; birthing projects in other cities including Asaba and Calabar. In the area of real estate funding, he led his company to raise over N55Billion through bonds, bridging loans and a DOT based Real Estate Investment Trust. He played a major role in driving the African Real Estate Reform Agenda leading sessions at Accra, Cape Town, Johannesburg, London and Lagos.
