Peju Fatuyi is a qualified Architect and Certified Energy Manager. A graduate of Architecture at University of Lagos. She is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Edge FM Limited. Her experience of Facilities Management in West Africa included the development and implementation of strategies aligned with the FM philosophy of the organization. Working with a multinational, she provided leadership to teams in Grade A corporate and commercial buildings, ensuring strategic cost management for budget creation and performance, directing and monitoring project related works.
She facilitates training, promotes sustainable procurement practices. Responsible for innovations and value added services not limited to energy management, sustainability, CSR, ESG, project management and conductied technical due-diligence for a $320m acquisition. She is a Member of Nigerian Institute of Architects, Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), Life Member of Association of Energy Engineers where she is a certied (CMVP, CEM, CEA), Member IFMA Nigeria, and has attended several trainings.
