Glory Nwosu is a seasoned and success-driven Facility Manager offering extensive experience in maintenance, facility management, project management and result oriented leadership. Having over 20 years of work experience in the real estate industry, she leverages her profound knowledge to deliver value. She is a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), an Associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and an alumnus of Enugu State University of Science & Technology. She has also undergone various training courses on leadership, best practices in facility management, emotional intelligence, health & safety measures, negotiations, and excellent customer service amongst others which further upskilled her in overseeing safety measures, service contract management, dealing with vendors, team building and collaboration for optimum service delivery.
Prior to her current position, she rose to the position of Associate Partner of the firm Ubosi Eleh + Co., she headed the facility and agency departments of the firm and demonstrated the desired zeal and skill that propelled growth and improvement from these business units. She also doubles as the Branch head of the Victoria Island branch of the practice. Her value creation in facility management cuts across the following corporate organization; Ancestors Court, Keystone Bank Plc, Olman Cole Apartments, Dan & Dam Mall etc. She is impactful and ever ready to learn something new.
