Tunji Adegbite attended Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos State where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management in 2005. He has almost two decades of experience having undertaken lead roles in Estate Surveying and Valuation firms as well as Property Development companies in the area of Property & Facility Management, Property Development, Project Management, Asset Valuation, Pre-investment Studies & Analysis, Real Estate Marketing & Sales, Real Estate Advisory Services, and Customer Service & Management. He has worked with some key players in the market such as Eximia Realty Co. Ltd; Pacific Shelters & Projects Limited; D’ Lord, Maseli & Partners (Estate Surveyors Valuers); Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) & Estatelinks Limited (International Real Estate consultants). He has over the years through these organizations delivered top-notch real estate services in various parts of Nigeria for clients- individuals, the private sector as well as the public sector.
He is a member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, a member of the Chartered Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria and a member of the Corporate Institute of Risk and Safety Management of Nigeria. He is currently the Head, of Business Development and brings his vast experience to our management team.
