Gbenga Olaniyan is a qualified Estate Surveyor and Valuer. A graduate of the University of Lagos, B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management 1987. He is presently a Director with Edge FM Limited, Principal Partner of Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and the Chairman, Board of Directors of Estate Links Limited (International real estate Consultants).
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV); Fellow, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the International Institute of Rating and Revenue Valuation (U.K); the International Real Estate Institute (IREI) USA, and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)
