He’s a seasoned Facilities and Project Manager with over 13 years’ experience in delivering high quality service for various organizations within and outside Nigeria. His expertise spans project and facility management, cost control, process improvement and third-party relationship management which have enabled him to significantly optimize operational costs and deliver exceptional service in various high stakes environments. Olufemi has previously served as Estate/Lead Facilities Manager at Strategic Outsourcing limited and successfully led teams in strategic planning and operations management, achieving a significant reduction in operational expenses. He had also managed critical projects for Alpha Mead group facilities management (AMREP/AMDC) projects and SEDER Group of companies, Saudi Arabian Military Industries, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His project portfolio included the on-budget and on-time renovation and redevelopment of a 30-bed capacity hospital and a 256-bedroom hotel, as well as the installation and commissioning of essential infrastructure such as diesel generators, smart metering software, an industrial solar system, and an Olympic standard swimming pool. Olufemi’s academic background includes an MBA in Business Management and entrepreneurship from TEKEDIA Institute and Technical credentials in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology. His credentials are strongly complemented by several industries certifications including Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Project Management Professional (PMP) and various ISO auditing and cybersecurity certifications. His diverse skill set, underscored by his fluency in English and Yoruba, and basic proficiency in Arabic, positions him as a dynamic leader capable of driving excellence in facilities and operations.
