Olaitan Olaoye is an Estate Surveyor with a BSc. (First Class Hons) in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, ile-ife. He majors in project management, commercial real estate, feasibility and viability appraisal as well as market research and analysis. He excels at managing the implementation of facility and construction projects. His approach is to evaluate and refine any processes that aren’t really working and efficient. Additionally, He is able to collaborate with every department to ensure the goals of the assigned projects were being met within the stipulated timelines.
He is presently a project manager at Edge FM Limited and the head of Project Management and Business Development unit at Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates/Estatelinks Limited where he oversees a project portfolio of over $30 million spanning across Lagos and other neighbouring states in Nigeria.
